Program Director of Clubs

Role Responsibilities

• Assist Club Administration
• Affirm biblical standards of conduct
• Create and manage calendars
• Develop and maintain relationships
• Develop talent advancement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key staff members of local churches
• Engage, equip, and empower coaches, athletes, and volunteers
• Fulfill all FCA administration requirements
• Integrate ministry within sports
• Manage and steward finances
• Order uniforms and coaches gear
• Provide resources/connections
• Secure facilities
• Talent advancement initiatives
• Train and supervise coaches
• Use facility usage protocols
• Work with governing bodies and other clubs
• Address and resolve conflicts

Ministerial Duties

These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission, and this position plays a vital role in our ministry.

Qualifications

Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.

Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times.
