PROGRAM DIRECTOR III
Job Summary
Directs the administrative and fiscal affairs of a large complex department/division or multiple departments. Represents and speaks on behalf of upper management with the University Administration at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning
- Analysis/forecasting/budgeting
- Oversight
- Legal documentation
- Formal agreements
- International and domestic project administration and management
- Establishes administrative and financial systems for the department
- Directs department staff as needed to ensure completion of major projects and tasks
- May require international travel and may assist in interdepartmental collaborations
- Financial management for the NRTC, O'Brien Center and Training grants to include pre-award and post award
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of related experience required
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science, Masters PhD
Benefits
Salary Range: $73,945 - $120,165
Work Experience
Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
