Program Director, IDD Services

Role: Program Director, IDD Services Responsibilities: Oversee community-based programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Lead daily operations, supervise staff, and develop staff schedules.Ensure person-centered plans are safely implemented and comply with regulations.Manage program budgets and maintain program sites.Respond to on-call needs and address immediate concerns.Collaborate with families and stakeholders to support individuals in building skills and increasing independence. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills.Experience in managing community-based disability services.Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to IDD programs.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to respond effectively to various program needs and emergencies.
