Responsibilities
- Provide vision and leadership for EW, Avionics and Space business group
- Set goals and objectives for sales growth and operating performance
- Develop effective business plans aligned with strategy
- Lead market and technology strategy development
- Oversee and mentor a team of program managers
- Monitor adherence to budget, plans, and schedules
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and product quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the A&D sector
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and development
- Strong understanding of industry standards and processes
