Program Director, DoW Radar

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision and strategy for the DoW Radar business group
• Set goals and objectives for orders, sales, and operating performance
• Lead development of business and market strategies consistent with corporate plans
• Collaborate with various departments and customer base to ensure sound strategy implementation
• Direct Program Managers in developing business plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor program adherence to budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction through active management and communication with staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense, with manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with program execution, EAC's, and EVMS
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels
• Proficient in business acumen and impactful decision-making

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
