About the Role

This role is critical to our success and exemplifies the mission-driven work we do daily. Collaborate with the State Director and Leadership Team members to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical/behavioral health services program and a team. Ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements, staff training, and financial performance. Provide supervision to direct staff while fostering and maintaining relationships with individuals served, families, and guardians. Implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans and the program’s core growth strategy to increase and maintain census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages, and assist with new start development. Foster and maintain relations with DHR case managers and referral agents; lobby on behalf of individuals receiving support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical/behavioral health services program.
  • Ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee staff training and financial performance.
  • Provide supervision to direct staff.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with individuals served, families, and guardians.

  • Execute program core growth strategy to increase and maintain census, maximize utilization, and occupancy percentages.
  • Assist with new start development.
  • Foster and maintain relations with DHR case managers and referral agents.
  • Lobby on behalf of individuals receiving support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be assessed per candidate.
  • Other training, certification, education, experience, and licensure as required by state.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
