Program Director
About the Role
Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Program Director will work within a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Angwin, amidst the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley, providing a versatile array of classes for clients to participate in during their recovery program and encouraging active participation in treatment planning from the moment of admission.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Must meet regulatory educational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
- At least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

Pay
The salary range listed represents the minimum and maximum base pay per year at the time of posting. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range: $104,000 - $120,556.80 USD
