Program Director

About the role

Corrie’s House is seeking an experienced and deeply committed Program Director to lead our six-bed, 24/7 group residential program. The Program Director is the senior leader responsible for program quality, safety, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position is also a member of the organizational leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines residential program oversight with broader organizational responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary program team
• Ensure a safe, consistent, trauma-responsive, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and youth-centered environment
• Maintain strong relationships with counties, schools, health providers, Safe Harbor partners, community organizations, and referral partners
• Represent Corrie’s House within Minnesota’s Safe Harbor network
• Support grant-funded outcomes, reporting, and organizational planning
• Monitor program budgets and grant commitments
• Partner with the Executive Director on program strategy, external engagement, and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services licensing and applicable contractual requirements
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, on-call coverage, documentation, incident response, participant services, and continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, nonprofit management, or a
