  • Member-Driven Culture: Foster a non-clinical, strength-based, and consensus-driven environment that promotes dignity, mutual respect, and community integration for adults recovering from serious mental illness.

  • LCSW Oversight: Provide clinical oversight, risk assessments, crisis intervention, and case consultations appropriate to an adult mental health setting.

  • Staff Development: Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team—including generalist staff and peer support specialists—ensuring high adherence to the Clubhouse generalist model.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all member records, tracking data, and intake processes comply with HIPAA, state licensing, and San Diego County contract requirements.

  • Vocational Pathways: Build and oversee the Clubhouse’s Transitional, Supported, and Independent Employment opportunities by developing strong networks with local San Diego employers.

  • Educational Linkages: Assist adult members in accessing and navigating educational programs, GED certification, and local community college or vocational systems.

  • Independent Living: Facilitate member-driven groups and units focused on community housing access, budgeting, wellness, and essential navigation of local public entitlements.

  • Community Integration & Advocacy Reach-Out Network: Oversee the Clubhouse "reach-out" system to track, support, and re-engage members who are absent or experiencing crises, reducing isolation.

  • Resource Mapping: Maintain active referral networks with local adult housing programs, crisis stabilization units, and outpatient care systems across San Diego County.

  • Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation leadership experience, with preferred expertise working in adult psychiatric rehabilitation.
