Program Director
About the role
CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team serving Orange County, CA and surrounding communities, including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Fullerton, Orange, Garden Grove, Mission Viejo, and Newport Beach. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team of intervention specialists, and serving as the primary liaison with the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
- Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.
- Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
- Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
- Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.
- Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
Qualifications
Given the requirements of the crisis response time, applicants must live in close proximity to or in the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center service area (locations include but not limited to, Pasadena, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, Commerce, etc.).
