Program Director 1 - Autonomy (Research & Advanced Design)

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of 50+ individuals
• Manage a growing profit and loss (P&L) portfolio in Autonomy
• Identify and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and proposals (RFPs)
• Deliver briefings to high-level customers and internal stakeholders
• Drive integration of Autonomy technologies across programs
• Collaborate across sectors to develop integrated solutions
• Communicate and engage with customers to achieve shared goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience or Master's degree with 8 years of related experience
• 3+ years in program/project management
• Leadership or management experience required
• Current active U.S. government Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government Top Secret clearance
