Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of 50+ individuals
- Manage a growing profit and loss (P&L) portfolio in Autonomy
- Identify and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and proposals (RFPs)
- Deliver briefings to high-level customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive integration of Autonomy technologies across programs
- Collaborate across sectors to develop integrated solutions
- Communicate and engage with customers to achieve shared goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience or Master's degree with 8 years of related experience
- 3+ years in program/project management
- Leadership or management experience required
- Current active U.S. government Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government Top Secret clearance
