Program Delivery Lead

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of executive communications and materials for senior leadership
• Ensure clarity and alignment of content with enterprise strategy
• Anticipate leadership needs and prepare relevant insights/materials
• Provide analysis on risks and opportunities to guide decision-making
• Drive organizational execution through business cadence management
• Act as a central coordination point for priorities and deliverables
• Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for divisional events and meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in Executive Communication, Operations, and Event Planning
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel based on business needs

Pay

$115,200 – $158,400 annually
