Program Cost Controls Analyst - P2 - (Onsite)

About the role

The AIM-9X program falls within the Naval Power Mission Area and has annual revenue nearing $1B of domestic and international business with exciting opportunities for future growth. This role supports financial operations, collaboration, and relationship building with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the production program team specifically supporting the 2nd Sourcing effort.
• Contribute to the successful execution of contracts by providing critical financial oversight and guidance that includes quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) support, contract financial forecasts and manpower forecasts.
• Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning.
• Support EV reporting, cost type cash forecasting, CDRLs, and IPMRs.
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Earned Value experience.
• Experience with desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of the MS Office suite.
• Experience with finance tools.
• Experience comparing actuals vs budget and explaining variances.
