Program Coordinator – Emergency Medical Services – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC – Mount Vernon, IN We are seeking an energetic and engaging Program Coordinator – Emergency Medical Services to join our EMS team supporting a major industrial facility in Mount Vernon, Indiana! In this leadership role, you will coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of an on-site Emergency Medical Services program at a major industrial facility. You will provide administrative and clinical oversight for the EMS team while supporting emergency medical response, staff development, client communication, compliance, and overall program performance. What will you be doing in this role? EMS Program Leadership & Staff Oversight Provide day-to-day oversight of ProgressiveHealth EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics assigned to the siteEnsure EMS staff follow site policies, protocols, client expectations, and Indiana EMS scope requirementsCoordinate staff scheduling and provide 24/7 on-call telephone support to EMS team members as neededTrain staff on site policies, protocols, and proper use of equipment Clinical & Emergency Medical Support Provide patient care support and emergency medical response as neededDemonstrate knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA requirementsAdminister occupational health screenings and surveillance services as needed, including drug screenings, hearing tests, spirometry, and respirator fit testing Program Administration & Operations Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling, policy and protocol maintenance, report generation, and supply/equipment orderingOversee supply inventory and equipment and vehicle checksReview and approve staff timesheets and supply orders to support compliance with the site budgetMaintain accurate records and protect employee health information Client Partnership & Reporting Participate in client meetings and discussions regarding EMS program performanceProvide run report status updates and other program information to the clientMaintain a strong client relationship and support the delivery of high-quality services This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
