Program Controls Specialist I
Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will assist the Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines.
Responsibilities
- Enter data
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports
- Analyze program performance
- Identify root cause
- Improve processes
- Analyze cost and schedule integration
- Track budget and program financial data
- Maintain schedule and track milestones
- Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) knowledge and apply to program
Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status.
Qualifications
You must have
- 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
We value
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix work environment
- User experience of SAP system
- User experience of Microsoft Project
- Experience with financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
- Experience in usage of Earned Value Metrics, Estimate at Completion growth, and Milestone Fidelity
