Program Control Analyst Senior

Responsibilities
- Lead program control activities including budgeting, forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including cost and schedule performance metrics
- Monitor contract funding, burn rates, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge number structures
- Coincide with Program Managers, Project Managers, and functional leads to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
- Prepare and review contract deliverables including CDRLs, status reports, and financial exhibits
- Analyze subcontractor costs and ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadership
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures
- Mentor and guide junior program control analysts
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or related field within a government contracting environment
- Proficiency with financial management systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of federal government contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus, CPFF, CPIF)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or civilian agency contracts
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with large, complex programs or IDIQ/task order contracts
- Professional certifications such as Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or similar
Skills
