About the role
The Program Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring all programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. This includes conducting audits, developing compliance policies, and providing guidance to program staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to program staff on compliance matters.
- Monitor program activities for potential non-compliance issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, law, business).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay
- $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
