Responsibilities

The Youth Focus’ My Sister Susan’s House (MSSH) provides supervised housing for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16‑21 for up to 18 months. The Program Coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills.

• Assist clients with goal setting
• Provide case management
• Facilitate groups
• Supervise outings
• Provide transportation
• Ensure the house is clean and tour ready
• Administer medications as needed
• Provide overall support in a therapeutic environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with the target population preferred
• Job applicants must be female (the program serves expectant or new mothers and the staff member works alone for the majority of her shift)
• Job responsibilities include room checks and assistance with personal hygiene, breast‑feeding, and pre‑ and post‑natal care
