Primary Duties
- Maintain parent and childcare provider data
- Generate reports as needed
- Provide customer service assistance
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of previous experience in office administration or related fields
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs and data entry experience
- Competency with written and spoken English
- Basic math competency
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
Additional Requirements
- Enter and update family data in the agency database
- Review client eligibility
- Assist with phone coverage and walk-ins
- Print, log, and respond to child care requests within the required contractual timelines
- Assist Specialists during enrollments and assessments
- Assist Specialists with referrals by assessing and compiling client information in files
- Attend outside meetings that educate clients on Pathway’s services
- Participate responsibly in department and Agency staff meetings
Compensation Package
- 10 sick days per year
- 10 vacation days per year for the first 2 years of service
