Program Assistant Community Treatment Team
About the Role
The Program Assistant assists the CTT Team Leader in managing and tracking data for program-related auditing to ensure optimum efficiency. The ideal candidate keeps the team coordinated and energized, excelling at organizing for themselves and others. Strong communication skills and a passion for coordination are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in managing essential non-clinical and clinical operations, including communications, data entry, filing, scheduling, payee liaison, and basic coordination of day-to-day services.
- Engage interactively with persons served when needed.
- Participate in all Evidence-Based Practices within the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model: Assertive Engagement, Empirically Supported Psychotherapy, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, and Person-Centered Treatment Planning.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating the Daily Organizational Meeting (DOM) and weekly group supervision for the team.
- Support a mobile team delivering services in community locations to help consumers live independently and maintain employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, criminal justice, gerontology, counseling, education, nursing, or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive an organization vehicle.
- Act 33/34/73 (Criminal, Child, and FBI) clearances.
- Pre-employment drug screen.

Schedule
This is a non-exempt/hourly, full-time position. Schedule is Monday–Friday during daylight hours, with flexibility to meet consumer needs.
