Program Architect

About the role

The Program Architect will design, oversee, and optimize complex programs that align customer objectives with Cav's platform capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture, solutions architecture, and program design, with a focus on delivering scalable implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprisescale solutions, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Guide clients through architecture design, best practices, and scalable implementation approaches
• Ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with long-term customer success

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, solutions architecture, or program design roles
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprisescale solutions, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security/compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, NIST)
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications

• Strong desire to understand our product, target market, and direction of the company’s growth

• Enjoy breaking new ground and providing solutions in a rapidly changing environment
• Prior experience in program architecture for compliance, GRC, or risk management platforms
• Proficiency in integration design using APIs and middleware tools
• Experience with enterprise customer engagements in highly regulated industries (finance, government, healthcare)

Desired

• Strong technical background in compliance, GRC, or risk management platforms
• Experience with presales or postsales solution scoping
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar
