About the Role

Perform critical program and project management support to Army clients. Serve as the project lead responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and enabling the research, development, test, evaluation, and delivery of ground vehicle electronics and architecture solutions. Establish program and project rhythms, execution discipline, and stakeholder alignment across a portfolio spanning vehicle survivability, embedded software, and systems integration efforts. Perform technical reviews to establish and control baselines and help drive requirements development. Conduct regular risk assessments and track and document cost, schedule, and performance. Manage stakeholder activities to streamline processes, stabilize program execution, and foster collaboration between Government leadership, the Booz Allen delivery team, and internal and external organizations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with program or project management within Army, ground vehicle, C5ISR, or embedded systems domains
  • Experience operating with urgency within a fast-moving, relationship-critical environment
  • Experience leading development, test, evaluation, or integration activities for ground vehicle systems, electronics, software, and technologies
  • Experience working with multifunctional teams of engineers across product managers, mission systems, vehicle electronics, computing architecture, or embedded software
  • Experience developing and managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk metrics for Army or DoD projects
  • Knowledge of the Army acquisition lifecycle
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 20+ years of experience with program management within Army, ground vehicle, C5ISR, or embedded systems domains
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree
  • Program Management Professional (PMP), Army Acquisition Certified Professional, or other industry certification

Pay

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Work model expectations:

  • Remote: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
  • Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as required by the role.
  • Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
