Program and Policy Officer (EXO) with Security Clearance

Job Description

We are looking for Program and Policy Officers (Executive Officers), at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia! This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.

Qualifications

• Level 3
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Tradecraft-related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
  • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
• Level 4
  • Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Tradecraft-related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
  • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
• Level 5
  • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Tradecraft-related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
  • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree

Desired Qualifications

• Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses
