Program Analyst Senior Principal

For our client, we are seeking a Program Analyst Senior Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will provide senior-level program analysis and governance support for a complex digital transformation initiative within a mission-driven environment. The position will translate mission needs into actionable documentation, drive coordination across interdependent workstreams, and help leadership make timely, informed decisions. In addition, this individual will support workflow automation, document management, and business development efforts that improve program execution and operational efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,001 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Provide expert program analysis and governance support to the Program Manager for a DoD digital transformation initiative Translate mission needs into actionable governance and operational documents to support program objectives Establish working groups and maintain oversight of risks and milestones across interdependent workstreams Lead requirements elicitation and maintain documentation for effective program execution Produce decision-support products to enable timely leadership decisions at the executive level Design automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce administrative tasks Develop integrated systems and solutions that improve organizational document management and scheduling Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience; Master's degree with 13+ years; or PhD/JD with 10+ years 15 years of experience in DoD and Intelligence Community program analysis under multi-agency environments Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Smartsheet, MS Planner, and Excel U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph are required Benefits Remote role with occasional travel for customer engagement Opportunities for ongoing professional development Support in business development and growth initiatives within the program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
