Responsibilities
- Support may include, but is not limited to:
- Program Analysis
- Perform program analysis supporting government logistics and operational initiatives.
- Develop lifecycle cost analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and economic evaluations to support informed decision-making.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze program performance data.
- Monitor program metrics and prepare reports for government leadership.
- Business Process Improvement
- Analyze management information requirements and recommend improvements to reporting processes.
- Evaluate existing business practices and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support development of standard operating procedures, reporting methodologies, and process documentation.
- Aid in the implementation of process improvements that enhance program effectiveness.
- Compliance & Administrative Support
- Review administrative audit reports, assessments, and investigative findings.
- Assist with identifying corrective actions to address program deficiencies and improve compliance.
- Maintain supporting documentation, records, and analytical products.
- Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, reports, and presentation materials.
- Collaboration
- Cook with government personnel, contractors, and functional teams to support mission requirements.
- Participate in meetings, working groups, and program reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience supporting program analysis, business analysis, logistics, financial analysis, or related functions.
- Experience performing data analysis, cost analysis, business process evaluations, or operational assessments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced government environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance, if required by the contract.
