Program Analyst (IT Support) - Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt IT and facility infrastructure design, support, and assistance with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the IT team with security, design, maintenance, and documentation of multiple networks.
• Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs to network equipment.
• Affords assistance in the development of stand-alone or networked computer systems.
• Assesses hardware and software compatibility, performs upgrades, and implements on the respective systems.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for network-related issues and assists in the troubleshooting process.
• Ensures all network systems are functioning and communicating properly.
• Performs regular inventories of existing IT equipment and reports any discrepancies to IT.
• Collaborates with management staff to troubleshoot and establish a plan for resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting IT, Network, and Electrical Architecture and Infrastructure.
• Must possess an advanced understanding of networking protocols & procedures.
• Must possess advanced understanding of Microsoft OS & applications, including server applications, i.e. exchange in a production environment.
• Must have extensive experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and analysis.
• Must demonstrate initiative, the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and determine priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent people skills; communication and familiarity with a customer support environment.
