Responsibilities
- Aid in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project and sprint backlogs.
- Track sprint progress, action items, and team metrics using dashboards and other tools.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to remove impediments and improve workflow.
- Document meeting notes, decisions, and project updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance agile processes.
- Learn and apply scrum and agile best practices while contributing to real-world projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and three (3) or more years of college coursework.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Eagerness to learn project management with a focus on agile methodologies.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills
- Preference for candidates with an anticipated graduation date in 2028.
- Relevant Project Management or Scrum Certifications.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Pay
Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
