Program Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project and sprint backlogs.
• Track sprint progress, action items, and team metrics using dashboards and other tools.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to remove impediments and improve workflow.
• Document meeting notes, decisions, and project updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance agile processes.
• Learn and apply scrum and agile best practices while contributing to real-world projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and three (3) or more years of college coursework.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Eagerness to learn project management with a focus on agile methodologies.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills

• Preference for candidates with an anticipated graduation date in 2028.
• Relevant Project Management or Scrum Certifications.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Pay

Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
