Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to enhance activity design and grantmaking processes
- Facilitate consultations with embassies and global health offices to improve program implementation efficiency
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Develop standard operating procedures and documentation for grantmaking activities
- Manage project management tools to track milestones and operational performance across multiple workstreams
- Design process automation solutions to increase efficiency and consistency in operations
- Prepare reports and briefings to support organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management and operations support
- Hands-on experience with federal assistance and grantmaking processes
- Proven ability to work across diverse teams and international contexts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience developing standard operating procedures and implementing change management initiatives
- Ability to automate workflows using technology such as Power Automate
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Public Health, or a relevant field
