About the Position

Collaborates with and provides guidance and assistance to project management, engineering, construction, and real estate managers in the preparation and submission of programming documents. Keeps abreast of status of studies and projects, recommends reprogramming within the authority of the District Engineer, and prepares justification when necessary for major reprogramming to obtain approval by HQUSACE and/or the Congressional appropriations committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to project management, engineering, construction, and real estate managers in preparing and submitting programming documents.
• Monitor the status of studies and projects.
• Recommend reprogramming within the authority of the District Engineer.
• Prepare justifications for major reprogramming to secure approval from HQUSACE and/or Congressional appropriations committees.
