About the role
Serves as Program Analyst in the Construction Division.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research and analysis on construction projects to identify cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Develops and maintains project management plans and schedules.
- Monitors project progress and ensures adherence to budget and timeline.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns related to construction projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management or related field.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
