Program Analyst

About the role

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division.

Responsibilities

• Maintain charts and aid in tracking action items required for the specific contract.
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes.
• Communicate with vendors via email, telephone, and in person.
• Attend and track meeting minutes and develop slides for presentation use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a Secret-level security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
• Physical demands: ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and twist, bend, and squat periodically.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five (3‑5) years of professional experience as a Program Analyst or equivalent role.
• SharePoint experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay

Target salary range: $65,000 to $78,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
