We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract content from posting. Let's parse: - About the role: Could be Position Summary? The posting has "Position Summary" paragraph. That could be "About the role". We'll include that as

About the role

then

with the summary. - Responsibilities: Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list). Also Additional Duties And Responsibilities. We'll combine into a

  • list. Should we separate? Probably one Responsibilities section with list items covering both principal and additional duties. We'll preserve all details. - Requirements: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required: includes education, experience, preferred, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. The instruction: Use headings for those sections if content exists. We have content for knowledge, skills, abilities required. Could map to Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (preferred experience), Skills (specific skills). Let's extract: Required: Bachelor’s degree in ... or equivalent combination. Experience with fiscal administration, grants administration, accounting support, program administration, or related work is required. Preferred: Experience supporting federally funded grants ... experience with budget tracking, grant compliance, purchasing, invoicing, subawards, contracts, or grant reporting; and experience working with Tribal Nations, Tribal organizations, and/or not-for-profit entities. Familiarity with federal grant requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), is preferred. Individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills; excellent attention to detail; proficiency with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications; ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple deadlines; ability to work independently and as a team member; and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must possess valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation with adequate insurance and ability to travel as needed. Thus we can create: - Requirements: Education and required experience (Bachelor's degree, experience with fiscal administration etc.) - Qualifications: Preferred experience (federally funded grants, budget tracking, etc., familiarity with 2 CFR Part 200) - Skills: Communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, time-management, attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets/MS Office, record management, multitasking, teamwork, confidentiality, driver's license/transportation. We'll put each as
    • items. - Benefits: The posting lists benefits: paid time off (PTO) in the form of annual and personal leave; paid holidays; insurance benefits including health, dental, life insurance, accidental death, and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term (STD) and long-term (LTD) disability insurance; health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), and 401(k) retirement plan. We'll make a Benefits section with
      • . - Pay: Salary $65,000 annually. Also mention full-time exempt position based on skills and experience. We'll include Pay section with

maybe. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides full-time, daily attendance essential, occasional travel. Not a specific schedule like hours. Could we create Schedule? The posting says "This is a full-time exempt position". That's schedule info (full-time). We could include Schedule section with

Full-time, exempt; daily attendance required; occasional travel may be required.

. Since they said only create Schedule if posting actually states them. It does state full-time, daily attendance essential, occasional travel. So we can include. - About the role: Already have Position Summary. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, drug/background checks, application instructions, etc. Also remove "To Apply:" etc. Also remove equal opportunity employer statement etc. Also remove "Drug and background checks are required before hire." That's boilerplate? Might be considered part of requirements? It's a condition but could be considered part of Requirements? It's a condition for hire. Might be considered part of Requirements? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Drug and background checks could be considered legal/requirement? It's a condition but maybe keep? It's not EEO. It's a pre-employment condition. Might be okay to keep under Requirements? But it's somewhat boilerplate. Safer to drop it. Also remove "This position is in our Madison, Wisconsin office. This position is not a remote position." That's location info; could be part of About the role? Might be considered metadata but not heading. Could be included in About the role paragraph? The Position Summary didn't include location. We could add a short

about location after About the role? But we shouldn't invent headings. Could add a

under About the role? Actually we could include location in About the role paragraph as a sentence. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop location if it's substantive. The location is substantive. We can include it in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph: combine Position Summary + location + maybe note that it's full-time exempt? But full-time exempt goes to Schedule. We'll keep location in About the role. Now craft HTML. Structure:
