About the role

GDIT is hiring a Program Analyst to support the CMS Medicaid Integrity Institute (MII) mission. You will play a crucial role in supporting state Medicaid agencies' program integrity efforts as a member of the MII Program Management Office (PMO) team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and adherence to PMO processes, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Collaborate with MII team members, stakeholders, and external clients to ensure day‑to‑day program activities run smoothly.
  • Drive administrative logistics and documentation management for shared drives and program records to ensure completeness and version control.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to work as a liaison between the program and divisional/corporate PMO resources.
  • Capture accurate meeting minutes during internal and client-facing meetings and distribute finalized documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered)
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Role requirements: Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $73,865. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
  • Travel Required: Less than 10%
  • Telecommuting Options: Remote
  • Work Location: Any Location / Remote
