Program Analyst

About the Role
This position provides analytical and program management support to the USARCENT G4, tracking logistics programs, resources, and performance metrics and producing decision-quality analysis for command leadership. The incumbent turns operational and sustainment data into products that drive resourcing and prioritization decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze logistics, sustainment, and resource data from multiple command and enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and metrics products supporting G4 program oversight.
- Prepare staff packets, information papers, decision papers, and executive briefings for G4 and command leadership.
- Support program and management reviews, boards, and working groups; capture and track resulting taskers and decisions.
- Assist with requirements documentation, staffing, and coordination of G4 program actions.
- Support Army Prepositioned Stock and theater reserve/operational stock reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends, gaps, and risks in logistics program execution and recommend courses of action.
- Complete all contract-required training and reporting: AT Level I and iWATCH within 30 calendar days, TARP annually, DoD IA awareness training with ATCTS registration, and daily PERSTAT input.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Onsite at Shaw AFB, SC.
- Active SECRET clearance required at the time of hire.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related field. Four (4) additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Required Experience: Minimum four (4) years of program or management analysis experience in a DoD staff environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel required; Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tool experience strongly preferred.
Skills
- GCSS-Army, LIW/LOGSA, or Army enterprise logistics systems experience (preferred).
- Prior ASCC, Corps, or theater sustainment command staff experience (preferred).
- Operations research or statistical analysis background (preferred).
