Job Duties
- Work outside the office to generate a minimum of two business leads per month that convert to at least one full application each month.
- Perform community engagement activities that include but are not limited to creating, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with key referral sources within the Muslim-American community and residential real estate community.
- Provide a delightful customer experience by securing new applicants in need of home financing.
- Enter leads into CRM for Full-Time Account Executives.
- Build strong working relationships with staff through positive and professional communication to ensure a smooth process.
- Communicate frequently with Full-Time Account Executive(s) and/or customer to manage expectations.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required.
- Bilingual – English / Urdu, Bengali, Somali, or Arabic preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.
