We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Program Administrator...". That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list of duties under "What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”" and many sentences. We'll extract as list items. - Requirements: The "What You’ll Need" list of skills and abilities. - Qualifications: Education and experience requirements: "Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience Minimum Experience: 4 years operations, field service or project management Diploma and/or certificate in Business Administration or related office experience Preferred Experience (but Not Required) Industry experience in 1 or more of the following: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation or IT industry". That's qualifications. - Skills: Could be overlapping with requirements; but we can separate: maybe "Skills" includes the abilities list. However we already used Requirements for skills? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = education/experience; Skills = abilities. But we can combine. However we must not create empty sections. We have content for each. Let's map: About the role: introductory paragraph(s) before "Who You Are". Actually the posting: "Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Program Administrator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will assist with monitoring and coordinating operational requirements of global/strategic customer engagements for specific accounts. Assist with communicating and enforcing adherence to specific customer standards, industry best practices, code requirements and/or market regulations, so we are “our customer’s best service provider”. Always represents Convergint as a leader by driving consistency in delivery of all Convergint services across multiple locations, regions and countries. As a Program Administrator, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows. For information about how we use your personal information, please see our Colleague & Applicant Privacy Notice, available on convergint.com/careers." We can keep that as About the role. Who You Are: could be part of About the role or maybe Qualifications? But it's more about personal attributes; could be Skills? However we have a separate "What You’ll Need" which lists skills. So "Who You Are" could be part of About the role or maybe Qualifications? I'd include it in About the role as it's describing ideal candidate traits. Responsibilities: the big list after "What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”". We'll extract each sentence as list items. Requirements: maybe the "What You’ll Need" list (skills). But we also have "Requirements" heading maybe for mandatory requirements like education/experience? However we already have Qualifications for education/experience. Let's decide: - Requirements: the list of abilities/skills under "What You’ll Need". (makes sense) - Qualifications: Education and experience section. - Skills: maybe we could omit if duplicate; but we need to avoid empty sections. Could combine Requirements and Skills? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both Requirements and Skills? The "What You’ll Need" includes both skills and abilities; we could split: Requirements = mandatory experience/education? But we already have Qualifications for that. Hmm. Better: Use Requirements for the "What You’ll Need" list (skills). Use Qualifications for education/experience. Skip Skills section (since it would be duplicate). Or we could treat "What You’ll Need" as Skills and put Requirements as something else like "Minimum Experience"? But we have no separate. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (skills), Qualifications (education/experience), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not provided, so omit. Benefits: list under "Company Benefits". We'll extract bullet list. Pay: Hourly Rate: "$26.00 $33.00/HR USD". We'll include as

maybe. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, privacy notice, etc. Remove lines about privacy notice, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "For information about how we use your personal information..." etc. Also remove "Convergint is an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Also remove duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't include "Who You Are" or "Who We Are" sections. We incorporated some of that into About the role maybe. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) combining the initial description and maybe "Who You Are" and "Who We Are"? But we should not include fluff like "Who We Are" if it's just marketing; but we can include substantive content about company mission? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the "Who We Are" paragraph as it's substantive about company mission, values, etc. However that might be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO; it's about company. It's okay to include. But we need to avoid duplication. We'll include it in About the role maybe as separate paragraphs. Let's draft About the role:
