Description
Identify, refine, operationalize, and track programmatic objectives and activities across research centers, institutes, and related initiatives.
Implement and manage multiple large, complex projects, including multi-project grant submissions and awards, as well as administrative and scientific core structures.
Build alignment and consensus among faculty, educators, and other stakeholders to support successful project execution and institutional goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to set priorities, respond to high-pressure deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools and generative technologies into daily work responsibilities to optimize administrative workflows, improve productivity, and streamline project tracking.
- Strong understanding of grant development, research administration, and compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with website content management systems (CMS) and social media.
- Three or more years of experience with grant preparation and management.
- Three or more years of direct experience developing and managing educational or training programs.
- Proven success working with faculty members, scientific researchers, and administrative staff in support of grants and educational programming.
- Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is highly desirable.
