Work you'll do
- Assess client costing and profitability processes to identify business challenges and develop solutions aligned to finance transformation objectives
- Analyze and visualize structured and unstructured data to deliver actionable insights for planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Leverage AI enabled tools (e.g., Claude) to drive delivery transformation
- Model and optimize financial performance using SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), Oracle Profitability Cost Management (PCM) and advanced costing methodologies
- Develop business requirements, prototypes, and solution designs leveraging automation and artificial intelligence-enabled technologies
- Manage client engagement activities, workstream deliverables, and collaboration across finance, business, and technology stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in finance transformation, profitability reporting, costing, and allocations
- 3+ years of experience building cost or profitability models using specialized costing or profitability solutions
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or both
- 2+ years of experience extracting and transforming data and producing descriptive analytics
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics (preferred)
- Experience with data transformation, reporting architecture, or finance data management (preferred)
- Experience supporting finance operating model, shared services, or global business services transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Experience with structured testing, user acceptance testing, or deployment support for finance technology implementations (preferred)
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) (preferred)
