Then EEO etc.
We need to create sections: About the role (maybe from position description), Responsibilities (maybe not explicit), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe communication etc), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (maybe 10-month term position starting Jan 2027). Also location, department, time type could be in About the role.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have content.
We have:
- About the role: could include department, location, time type, worker type, position description summary. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: Not explicitly listed; the description includes teaching, leadership, communication, follow through on faculty and student success, etc. Could be considered responsibilities. We could extract responsibilities: teaching, curriculum development, evaluation, leadership, collaboration, etc. But we must not invent. The posting includes: "Faculty for this position should have clinical RN experience...". It also says "The individual must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and abilities, be flexible and nimble, and follow through on matters related to faculty and student success." Also "This is a 10-month term position ... in the traditional BSN and accelerated second-degree BSN programs." Also "Demonstrated excellence or recent education in teaching and learning pedagogy and adult learning principles will be essential." Also "Leadership skills in working with diverse groups is crucial..." Also "Experience in course development, delivery, and evaluation." Also "Experience developing curricular programming and educational programs with broad campus collaboration." So we can list responsibilities.
- Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing, Experience in adult focused acute and chronic med/surg, and/or critical care, Excellent presentation, writing, communication, and team collaboration skills, Eligible to obtain an unencumbered RN license to practice nursing in Kentucky.
- Qualifications: Preferred qualifications: Doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline, Applicants without a doctoral degree must possess a doctoral degree to be eligible for promotion (that's weird wording but it's there), Experience in multiple clinical specialties, with a preference for additional experience in pediatric nursing, Recent education or effective teaching experience in multiple course delivery modalities, including online and hybrid, Experience in course development, delivery, and evaluation, Demonstrated leadership and teaching scholarship, Robust knowledge of salient research, effective pedagogical practices, adult learning theories, instructional design, higher education workforce trends, assessment techniques, scholarly research practices, teaching practices, and teaching technologies, Demonstrated expertise in providing face-to-face, hybrid, and online teaching and learning, Experience in providing instruction and consulting with faculty on effective student-centered teaching and learning, teaching with technology, universal design for learning, and teaching in all modalities, Experience developing curricular programming and educational programs with broad campus collaboration.
- Skills: Could be communication, collaboration, presentation, writing, team collaboration, leadership, flexibility, etc. Might be overlapping with qualifications. But we can create a Skills section summarizing skills like excellent presentation, writing, communication, team collaboration, leadership, flexibility, etc. However we must not invent; we can pull from text: "Excellent presentation, writing, communication, and team collaboration skills." "Leadership skills in working with diverse groups is crucial." "The individual must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and abilities, be flexible and nimble." So we can list those.
- Benefits: Not mentioned. So omit.
- Pay: Not mentioned (only "commensurate with experience and qualifications" which is filler; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "commensurate with experience and qualifications" is not specific; it's filler. So we should not create Pay section.
- Schedule: The posting says "This is a 10-month term position (starting January 2027)". That's specific schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with that.
Also we could include location, department, time type in About the role.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll structure:
About the role
Department: Prelicensure. Location: Health Sciences Center. Time Type: Full time. Worker Type: Regular Term (Fixed Term). The School of Nursing seeks to hire an open‑rank term professor with a strong teaching background and clinical experience in nursing. Faculty for this position should have clinical RN experience in adult health‑focused nursing. Experience in more than one clinical specialty area is desired. This is a full‑time faculty appointment at an open academic rank (Professor, Associate, Assistant, or Instructor); commensurate with experience and qualifications. Demonstrated excellence or recent education in teaching and learning pedagogy and adult learning principles will be essential. Leadership skills in working with diverse groups is crucial as is the academic credibility to garner respect from colleagues. The individual must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and abilities, be flexible and nimble, and follow through on matters related to faculty and student success. This is a 10‑month term position (starting January 2027) in the traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and accelerated second‑degree BSN programs.
But note schedule info also appears here; maybe we should move schedule to its own section. However we can keep schedule info in About the role but also have separate Schedule section. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule into About the role, but we also have schedule specifics. Might be better to have Schedule section separate to avoid duplication. However we must not duplicate content. If we put schedule in both places, that's duplication. Better to put schedule in its own section and not repeat in About the role. So About the role should exclude the schedule sentence. Let's adjust. Thus About the role: department, location, time type, worker type, position description (excluding schedule). We'll keep the rest. Then Responsibilities: we can list bullet points. Responsibilities could include: - Teaching in traditional and accelerated BSN programs (face‑to‑face, hybrid, online) - Developing, delivering, and evaluating courses - Developing curricular programming and educational programs with broad campus collaboration - Providing instruction and consulting with faculty on effective student‑centered teaching, teaching with technology, universal design for learning, and teaching in all modalities - Demonstrating leadership in working with diverse groups - Following through on matters related to faculty and student success - Maintaining excellent communication and collaboration skills - Being flexible and nimble We need to ensure we don't invent. All these are present in text. Requirements (Minimum Qualifications): - Master of Science in Nursing - Experience in adult‑focused acute and chronic med/surg and/or critical care - Excellent presentation, writing, communication, and team collaboration skills - Eligible to obtain an unencumbered RN license to practice nursing in Kentucky Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications): - Doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline - Applicants without a doctoral degree must possess a doctoral degree to be eligible for promotion (keep as is) - Experience in multiple clinical specialties, with a preference for additional experience in pediatric nursing - Recent education or effective teaching experience in multiple course delivery modalities, including online and hybrid - Experience in course development, delivery, and evaluation - Demonstrated leadership and teaching scholarship - Robust knowledge of salient research, effective pedagogical practices, adult learning theories, instructional design, higher education workforce trends, assessment techniques, scholarly research practices, teaching practices, and teaching technologies - Demonstrated expertise in providing face‑to‑face, hybrid, and online teaching and learning - Experience in providing instruction and consulting with faculty on effective student‑centered teaching and learning, teaching with technology, universal design for learning, and teaching in all modalities - Experience developing curricular programming and educational programs with broad campus collaboration Skills: Could list: - Excellent presentation, writing, communication, and team collaboration skills - Leadership skills in working with diverse groups - Flexibility and nimbleness - Ability to follow through on faculty and student success matters But these are somewhat overlapping with requirements and qualifications. However we can still have a Skills section if we have distinct content not covered elsewhere. The text includes "Excellent presentation, writing, communication, and team collaboration skills." That's also in Requirements. "Leadership skills in working with diverse groups is crucial." That's also in Responsibilities/Qualifications. "The individual must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and abilities, be flexible and nimble, and follow through on matters related to faculty and student success." That's also in Responsibilities. Thus Skills section may be redundant. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we omit Skills section and incorporate those into Responsibilities or Requirements. But we already have Responsibilities and Requirements sections; we could keep Skills omitted. We have Schedule section: "This is a 10‑month term position (starting January 2027)." We should not include Pay or Benefits. Thus final HTML:About the role
