Responsibilities

• Faculty Marketing Officer – Specialist: Develop and implement marketing strategies for faculty recruitment and retention.
• Technician in Fire Safety Engineering: Assist in maintaining fire safety equipment and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Research Finance Coordinator: Manage research funding applications and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Project Administrator (5G Project): Support project management activities related to the 5G project.
• XR Developer – 5G SHARE Project: Develop and test XR applications for the 5G SHARE project.
• Maths & Engineering Instructor: Teach mathematics and engineering courses at the college level.
• Examinations Officer: Oversee examination processes and ensure fairness and integrity.
• Staff Officer – Exams, Conferring and Timetabling: Coordinate exam schedules, conferencing, and timetabling activities.
• Digital Marketing Officer: Implement digital marketing strategies to promote college initiatives and events.

Requirements

• Faculty Marketing Officer – Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, experience in higher education marketing, and strong communication skills.
• Technician in Fire Safety Engineering: Relevant certification in fire safety engineering, experience in maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment, and excellent attention to detail.
• Research Finance Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, experience in research funding administration, and strong organizational skills.
• Project Administrator (5G Project): Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, experience in project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• XR Developer – 5G SHARE Project: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in developing XR applications, and knowledge of 5G technology.
• Maths & Engineering Instructor: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Engineering, teaching experience at the college level, and strong analytical skills.
• Examinations Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, experience in examination administration, and excellent organizational skills.
• Staff Officer – Exams, Conferring and Timetabling: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field, experience in coordinating exams and timetables, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Digital Marketing Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field, experience in digital marketing, and strong creative skills.
