Responsibilities

• Design and Drafting: Develop civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading, drainage and utilities using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Permitting And Compliance: Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
• Technical Reports: Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HyrdoCAD, HEC-RAS and other relevant engineering software; knowledge of stormwater management software is a plus.
• Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
