Professional Services Manager
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Professional Services Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will help drive the successful delivery of client-facing professional services engagements, with a focus on aligning solutions to business objectives and supporting measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to support account planning, project execution, and the overall delivery lifecycle. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and risk management skills to help ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of relationships with key client stakeholders and internal partners.
- Gain understanding of client business objectives to align services solutions.
- Participate in account planning activities and client-facing discussions.
- Support the delivery lifecycle of professional services engagements, including consultation and implementation.
- Assist with defining project scope, timelines, and resourcing plans.
- Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance and client satisfaction.
- Identify potential delivery risks and support mitigation planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination roles, or 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience supporting technology services engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to support moderately complex technology projects aligned to business objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client success.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or services-related certifications are a plus.

Pay
$121,450 – $170,010 annually
Schedule
Remote position for US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Up to 25% travel for client engagements.
