Professional Services Lead

About the role

ArcherPoint by Cherry Bekaert is looking to add a Professional Services Lead to our team. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting transformational business solutions that work across Microsoft's cloud-based platforms. As the Lead of the Professional Services team, this person will set strategy and priorities, make sure the right people are in the right roles, and keep the team's day-to-day operations running smoothly so we can consistently deliver value to our clients.

Accountabilities

• Assigning team members to roles, monitoring fit, offering feedback to improve fit, and reassigning roles when it will improve the team's effectiveness.
• Allocating team resources across projects and roles based on priority and capacity.
• Establishing priorities and strategy for the team.
• Defining metrics to track the team's performance and progress.
• Structuring the team's governance so it can effectively carry out its purpose and accountabilities.
• Removing constraints that limit the team's ability to deliver on its purpose and accountabilities.
• Monitoring the team's financial performance and maintaining accountability for budget, profitability, and results.

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (NAV/Business Central and/or other Microsoft cloud-based platforms).
• Several years in a leadership or management capacity overseeing project teams or service delivery.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into clear priorities.
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• AI-forward thinking: genuinely curious about AI and proactive about applying it to how we deliver services.
• Must align well with our very defined, active, and dynamic organizational culture.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with resource planning, governance structures, and performance metrics.
• Experience monitoring financial performance and maintaining budget accountability for a team or practice.
