Professional Services Director

Role Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients to integrate their business objectives into tailor-made itineraries across China and beyond
• Developing and constantly improving a system of core learning beliefs and company SOPs
• Continually refining and improving WildChina’s risk management and safety procedures
• Assimilating the latest tools and trends into WildChina programs and providing ongoing training for relevant colleagues and service providers
• Designing experiential activities and learning resources to Program Leaders and Participants to experience and enjoy on-trip
• Representing WildChina at client-facing events and program orientations
• Traveling across China with clients as an inspiring and professional program leader, constantly seeking new ways to improve our experiential learning experiences

Qualifications And Experience

• An undergraduate degree or above, overseas background is preferred
• 8+ years of experience specializing in team building, outdoor activities, business study trips, or other innovative experiential programs
• Rich client portfolio and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, highly organized working style with keen attention to detail
• Exceptionable Teamwork and Leadership skills
• Native or fluent English language skills, fluent in Mandarin Chinese for daily communication
• A proven ability to adapt to and thrive in a cross-cultural environment
