About the role

Earnix is a premier provider of mission-critical, cloud-based intelligent decisioning solutions for insurance and banking industries. Our solutions are designed to transform operations and unlock value across pricing, rating, underwriting, and product personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with North American clients to turn data into decisions that matter.
  • Build predictive models that explain and anticipate customer behavior across risk, demand, and pricing.
  • Design pricing and decisioning strategies that create real business impact and get to value fast.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams by turning complex analytics into clear, actionable direction.
  • Lead sharp, compelling technical presentations that show how Earnix drives outcomes, not just insights.
  • Push for fast adoption of Earnix solutions—removing friction, solving problems, and accelerating time-to-value.
  • Help clients get up and running quickly through training, enablement, and hands-on support.
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and sales conversations that win deals by making value obvious.
  • Work at the intersection of analytics, product, and strategy—helping shape how Earnix evolves in banking and insurance.

Requirements

  • You’ll do it using:
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end analytics or technology implementation projects in client-facing environments.
  • Experience in the insurance industry and previous exposure to analytics within pricing is a plus.
  • Strong background in data science, BI, statistical analysis, or economic/management consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data science tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
  • Strong communicator—able to simplify complex ideas clearly in writing, presentations, and client conversations.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and driving outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across North America and globally as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of system integration concepts and machine learning methods.
  • Experience in insurance or banking, especially in pricing, deposits, or lending analytics.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.
