Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget.
- Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with internal teams and customers to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, provide feedback on product improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and best practices to support internal teams and customers.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical background in networking, systems administration, or software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to devise innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
