Professional Security Officers

About the role

Securitas Security Services is hiring full-time and flexible security officers in Chesterfield, MO. The position offers a wage range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour, with 34 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and their guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Conduct tours.
• Front desk duties.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within 6 months.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
• Driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards.
• Reliable means of transportation needed.
• Open availability preferred.
• Must be alert and observant.
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Must be able to obtain a Pharm Tech License (not specified).
