Professional Rigger

What You'll Do
- Safely move, install, relocate, and align industrial printing and packaging equipment.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan rigging activities and equipment placement.
- Operate rigging equipment including forklifts, hydraulic jacks, dollies, beams, pulleys, clamps, and lifting devices.
- Inspect loads and ensure machinery is properly secured before movement.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during equipment installation and relocation.
- Work with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment during all rigging activities.
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Typically, 2–5 years of industrial rigging experience, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of machinery moving, equipment installation, and industrial rigging techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe lifting practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, climb, crawl, bend, and work 12-hour shifts as needed.
