Professional Nurse

About the Role

As a member of the interdisciplinary health care team, the RN provides individualized direct patient care in accordance with hospital and practice site policies, procedures, and established standards of nursing care and practice in collaboration with the Medical Provider. The RN promotes restoration of health and achievement of patient health goals through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the delivery of patient care as defined by clinic and nursing philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized direct patient care in alignment with hospital and practice site policies.
• Collaborate with Medical Providers and the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve health goals.

Requirements

• Active MN State RN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Ambulatory and pediatric experience preferred.

Pay

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries are based on full-time employment (40 standard hours per week) and will be prorated for part-time positions. Individual pay rates consider market indicators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs.
