About the role

Marcus Dennehey, P.C., is a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over 60 years of dedicated service. We are currently seeking Coverage Attorneys for our Philadelphia office with a minimum of 5 years of insurance coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in analytical writing and analysis
• Participate in trial advocacy
• Conduct research and writing related to insurance coverage
• File declaratory judgment actions
• Defend coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance
• Work on first party property and property SIU/insurance fraud investigation cases

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance coverage experience
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Interest and experience in first party property and property SIU/insurance fraud investigation

Skills

• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Experience with insurance coverage and bad faith cases
